Founded on July 10, 2013. Thirteen years serving the Guarapuava community, with branches in the USA and Italy.
We develop not only athletes, but more disciplined, confident people who are better prepared for life. Our gratitude to every student, family, coach, and friend who has been part of this story in Brazil and around the world. Here's to many more years of growth, learning, and achievements. Frequently asked questions
I have never trained. Can I start?
Yes. Beginners are welcome and the trial class is designed so you feel at home from day one.
What is the minimum age for kids?
Jiu-Jitsu Baby from age 3. We also have Winners 1 (5 to 7), Winners 2 (8 to 12), and Muay Thai Kids (5 to 12).
Do I need a gi for the first class?
No. Wear comfortable clothes. If you decide to continue, we will guide you on the gear.
What programs do you offer?
Jiu-Jitsu (Gi and No-Gi), Muay Thai, and Boxing, with adult and kids classes.
